Emma and Rose first met at a photography conference in Nottingham, where Rose spoke about their business and how we focus on clients. Nurture and Nature were the topics, and from their friendship, their business partnership has grown.

Rose Stacey
Hello, I am a wife, mum, and accidental business owner. Around 30 years ago, my husband handed me a business card and told me it would be ours one day. I laughed, told him to lie down, and when I was back from pilates, we would have a chat!
Roll on to 2005 – the year that we had to decide what to do. Garry was working full-time in Bristol, 40 mins away from home. We had a 4-year-old and a new baby on the way. That year, Garry photographed 36 weddings, and I was basically, while on maternity leave, running a photography business!
My working career was in Customer Service for a multi-million-pound business, and then a Sales rep travelling around Northern Europe.
Since starting Timeless Images in 2007, when both of us gave up our full-time jobs at the same time(Crazy, I know!), we have learned so much. We have learned how important it is to nurture our potential clients, that the industry we work in sadly is not on the weekly to-do list for most families and that it is, in fact, every 5 years at best, unless you are having a wedding or baby, and how important systems and processes are to help you grow. Within the first six months of opening, we went vat registered, and although the road has not been without its bumps, we probably would not have changed it! Some say we are mad for working together, but it works for us. We are in a good place, and now it is time to help others.
